When the work started, for the first 4-5 weeks we didn’t know the builders were there except for the hammering! Once the knock through into the first floor started, this was more challenging but Kev, Mark and the other builders were always considerate of us and mindful that we were living there and the site was clean at the end of each day.
We were very impressed with the organisation of the build which meant there was never a wasted day and the build kept to the promised time. Throughout we were asked for our opinions and decisions to make the project as we wanted, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. This even including a very last minute decision to convert our garage at the same time!
Overall, the whole team were a pleasure to work with, friendly and helpful and I’m so pleased we chose them to do the work. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for anyone considering a loft conversion.
